Have Lump At Base Of Neck. Sensitive To Touch. Numbness And Tingling In Arm. Reason?
hi, my name is michelle. I am 40 years old and have been dealing texas holdem cards games for ten years. i have a knot or lump at the base of my neck on the right side. top of my shoulder, the lump is about the size of a lemmon. it is very sensitive when touched. i have also have alot of numbness and tingling in my right arm all the way down to my thumb and finger....what could this be?
If the lump is hard could e due to bony defect. if it is soft then there is need for it to be tested by a FNAC- fine needle aspiration cytology. The numbness could be due to superficial nerve compression by the lump.
