Have Lump At Base Of Neck. Sensitive To Touch. Numbness And Tingling In Arm. Reason?

hi, my name is michelle. I am 40 years old and have been dealing texas holdem cards games for ten years. i have a knot or lump at the base of my neck on the right side. top of my shoulder, the lump is about the size of a lemmon. it is very sensitive when touched. i have also have alot of numbness and tingling in my right arm all the way down to my thumb and finger....what could this be?

Hi,

If the lump is hard could e due to bony defect. if it is soft then there is need for it to be tested by a FNAC- fine needle aspiration cytology. The numbness could be due to superficial nerve compression by the lump.
