Have Liver Cirrhosis, Painful. Taking Oxycodone. What Can Be Done Next?

I was taking oxycodone 10-325 four times per day and was still having too much pain. abou two weeks ago I saw a pain management DR. and he said since I have fourth stage liver cirrhosis and he said I did not need to take mediation with acetimethine and changed me to ocycodone 15 mg. three times a day. Where do I go from here? Thank you.

Oxycodone is contraindicated in patients with cirrhosis. For pain take tablet with combination of tramadol and acetoaminophen like ultracet.
