Have Lichen Planus. Black Patches On Skin. Using Topisal 3. Any Other Treatment?

Hi sir/Ma am, I am suffering from lichen planus disease since last 1.5 years... My disease is cured don t having any irritation if skins but my black patches on my skin hasn t vanish yet It decreased lighter but still seems ugly on my body I am using topisal 3 regularly.. can u advice any else then this to remove my patches in much faster way??? I stopped visiting doctor s place since last 5 months..

You are having post inflammatory hypermelanosis following lichen planus. Take tab. Vtamin C 500 mg thrice day, Tab nicotinic acid 250 mg thrice day , rub vitamin E containig cream twice day. Continue Till improve.
