It is good that you take care of your health,but try to avoid stress in day to day life and learn to tolerate stress in a more positive ways as some stress is bound to be there.
If you are overweight
and sometimes hypertension
then take up lifestyle modifications like take less salt
Take low fat and low calories low carbohydrate
diet take help of dietician and take up walking 4 to 5 km brisk walk or jogging.
Keep a record of Blood pressure recording.
Also consult a Physician/Endocrinologist
to rule out any hormone problem as facial hair growth is an issue with you.
Have positive attitude join some yoga and meditation
to reduce stress.
Over weight some tmes have genetical problem, which must be looked in to.
