Have Hair Fall, Using Minoxidil And Biotin. Want Suggestion To Stop Hair Fall

HI,i have a hairfall problem ,..Its e-heriditary problem i think ,beacuase my father too have baldness .so i consulted doctor ..he gave minoxidil gel 5%and biotin tablets.My age is 23.Iam using it .i didnt understood wether there is any growth or not .anyhow please suggest me to stop harifall,..and food i need to follow .I have smoking habit and once in amonth alchahol.

Hi...i m dr manoj...most probably you are having androgenic alopecia but it's very early for your age...the bald truth is that only three things works for this kind of alopecia 1 minoxidil,finasteride and hair transplant...there is no end poio minoxidil so continue the same treatment...to see any visible effect you need to wait for at least 4 to 6 months...for hair growth increase high proton diet, be gentle while you wash your hairs (wet ha'..ir...s and don't think fall more) , dont comb your hairs when they are wet and use a wide tooth comb...don't think to much...don't get stressed as it may increase natural
