Have Great Pain In All Muscles, Gastric Problem, Chest Pain. Cure?
Hello doctors. Myself Joel n i m just 15yr old now... I have great pain in all muscles n specially in neck frm last 4-5 yrs..have cnsult many doctors but no use. M not so fat guy.. M lil lean guy.. Had gastrick probs n so chest pain . Gastrick prob arises sumtymes. M so sufferd and worried abt ma future.. Plz plz do help me..... U can cntact me on YYYY@YYYY

i advise you to take multivitamin supplements
Add calcium supplements after consulting your doctor.
improve your diet.add fresh vegetables and fruits to your diet
avoid spicy and fast food
Avoid very heavy strenous exercise
you can do massage of muscles using diclofenac cream or olive oil
cold massage also helpful
do you have any family history of muscular dystrophies?
