Sagittal plane is a vertical plane which passes from ventral (front) to dorsal (rear) dividing the body into right and left halves.

T1,T2 are the modes of Mri....in simpler words....T1 means seeing the normal structures and T2 means seeing abnormal/disease part

You are suffering from DISK HERNIATION DISEASE FROM L3-L5, IF YOU HAVE BUTTOCK PAIN WITH BEHING LEG PAIN RADIATION IT IS KNOWN AS SCIATICA

YOU NEED TO GO FOR LAMINECTOMY AS THERE IS NERVE COMPRESSION(NERVE INJURY)

KEEP ON CHECKING YOUR REFLEXES WITH URINARY CONTROL AND ALL BY FOLLOW UP VISIT TO YOUR NEUROPHYSICAIN/NEUROSURGEON

TAKE CARE
