Have flat stool. Taking fiber supplements. All test fine. What to do?

hi i am a 20 year old male who has been having flat stools for 2 years now, no pain, no blood. Just flatulance, feeling bloated every day, never feel like I fully evacuate and flat stools. Been to the doc a couple of times. Blood test, fecal ocult test and ultrasound all fine. Tried fiber supplements but nothing works, please help?

Hello. I think you are suffering from Irritable bowel Syndrome. You should discontinue fibres as it will bloat you more and make stoolmore flat. Avoid milk and milk products and vegetables of broccoli and cabbage family.I hope this will help you. keep in touch.
