Have Fibromyalgia. Can The Dizziness, Balance Problems, Headache Due To Hit In Head Against Door?

I hit my head on my cabinet door about 2 weeks ago and I have been having a lot of dizziness and balance problems. I have Fibromyalgia so sometimes those are normal symptoms for me but I have been extra tired and headaches more frequent. I dont want to make a big out of nothing and go to the hospital if there is no problem.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.

Your symptoms could be related to the head injury resulting in mild concussion. There is no need to worry as these would resolve on their own in a few days.

For symptoms relief, you may take ibuprofen for headache and betahistine tablet for dizziness.

There is no need to visit a doctor at present.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
