Hi there
Thanks for your query

Being a physician I would be concerned for your condition. The reason is that such a condition can put a load on your heart. Your heart is working fast but not conducting enough blood into the circulation, so that the blood pressure is on the lower side of normal.
Racing heart can be caused by a variety of conditions. First possibility can be a disturbance in the electrical conduction of the heart. Second possibility can be some electrolyte disturbance in the blood. Thirdly anemia can also cause it. Let’s not forget that consumption of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, medicines and illegal drugs can also cause racing heart.
To arrive at a diagnosis and to rule out various possibilities, a detailed physical examination needs to be done. Some investigations are also required to arrive at a diagnosis like electrocardiogram (ECG), heart monitor, blood tests, etc.

Hope I answered your query

Thanks
