Have Epilepsy And A Swallow Problem. On Carbamazepine, Clobazam. Medicine Crushed, Mixed With Food, Kept In Fridge. Safe?

A 46 year old male with epilepsy and a swallow problem needs 4x a day 200mg Carbamazepine 1 1/4 tablet, and before bed time he needs Clobazam 10mg 1 tablet. His meds need to be crushed and given with a soft food. He can not prepare his own meds. Somebody prepared his meds crushed and mixed with pudding and put it in the fridge. I would like to know. Are the meds still effective, is this dangerous? What is your opinion about this practice.

Hi, it is O.K, to have this procedure, but the thing is they should be kept air tight, and separately, in different containers, which are packed dose wise.
I advise to consult an E.N.T surgeon for swallowing problem, it could be psychological also. Thank you.
