It would have been better to have some of your medical
history in order to give a better response. Elements of
your history that would have been useful include, your
age, sex, diabetic or not, hypertensive or not, presence
of chronic disease or not etc.
However, it could be possible you had a post-prandial
hypoglycemia which is a sudden drop in sugar level fol-
lowing a meal due to a sudden exaggerated secretion
of
insulin.
It could also be due to an
orthostatic hypotension which
is usually a consequence of metabolic disease affective
nerves such as
diabetes.
However, the best approach to take will be to see a doctor
for an initial evaluation for exams such as electrolytes and
others depending on the physical evaluation.
