Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hi im dr.hema phsiotherapist.

Nothing to worry continue with PT,its common after surgery and ask your therapist for neck stretches and do it 10 counts holding each count for 15 to 30 seconds for 4 times a day.
Mild warm water fermentation.
dont be concious about the position,
maintain good posture for neck.
use correct size pillows.
Be active and continue regular exercises to all joints.

This helps to relax your neck muscles and you can get back to us in doubt or further queries.
I find this answer helpful
