Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your stool test report suggests presence of cysts of Entamoeba histolytica (EH).
EH is a protozoa which is transmitted by food and/or water contaminated with this agent.
The route of transmission is feco-oral.
The accompanying pus, mucus, and blood are secondary to the infection.
There is very effective drug for its treatment.
Consult your doctor for the prescription.
However, its infection should be prevented in future.
Preventive measures are avoiding contaminated water and food.
The best way is to avoid eating and drinking outdoors.
Take clean drinking water and clean food cooked at house.

Thanks and take care
