Have Dark Horizontal Line In Middle Of Nose. How To Get Rid Of It?

I have an issues with getting rid of a dark, horizontal line that's in the middle of my nose. I've trade numerous skin care products, peroxide, alcohol & changed soaps periodically to desperately seek a solution to help get rid of the ugly line. I need help & an answer to what caused it OR what can I do to prevent it from worsening!!!
