Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

Your problem seems to be that of pigmentation of the face. Since you have already used a triple combination cream which is melacare earliest for a long time, so it is better to avoid using it now.
That is why you have been prescribed kogic acid this time. This is a mild lightening agent which can safely be used for long periods of time.
So you can continue with the treatment as advised.
Remember to use a sunscreen regularly along.

Hope it helps
