Hello Friend Welcome to H.C.M With little information and as per history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with Upper respiratory Tract infection and back ache ( Lumbar pain) kidney pain is a visceral pain and difficult to localise but get the Renal function done. for upper repiratory tract you need to start the antibiotic and antihistaminics and nasal decongestants. But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed.
