Have Cholesterol Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read It?

i JUST HAD MY SCREENING DONE TODAY AND MY TOTAL CHOLESTEROL IS 223, HDL IS 80 AND LDL IS 122 TRIGLYCERIDES ARE 101. I TRY TO EAT HEALTHY BUT RECENTLY WENT THROUGH A DIVORCE AND NOW CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A CAR AND FINANCIES ARE VERY TIGHT WITH 2 SMALL KIDS. THE NURSE SAID IT WAS MAINLY STRESS DOING THIS. MY MAIN QUESTION IS ARE THESE NUMBERS OK OR IF I STARTED WORKING OUT AGAIN WOULD THEY DROP?

Dear Sir/ madam
thanks for writing to us.
your report seems to be quite good on the face of it. but for exact analysis. please tell us your age, if you are a smoker/ diabetic/ hypertensive (high BP)/ If you ever had a heart attack or stroke? if your blood relative had a heart attack , if yes then at what age? All these are required to calculate your target cholesterol level.
Definitely they will drop to some extent (but not significantly) once you start exercising again. for good health you must do exercise daily.
feel free to write with more details
sincerely
