Have Chest Pain, Dizziness, Shakes, Blurred Vision. Have Dilated Cardio Myopathy. Worry?

Hi. I have dilated cardio myopathy and am getting chest pain in my left side that worsens when I lift my arm or hunch my back an every now and again the pain gets worse for a few seconds, like a twinge pain. During the night I was getting uncontrollable shakes, feeling dizzy and my vision was blurred. Do I need to be worried?

Cardiologist 's  Response
hi,
your symptoms of pain on left side and worsens with movement of arm suggests it may be neurological pain. And symptoms of dizzy , blurred vision in nights which may be because of reduced B.P. So you moniter your blood pressure and consult cardiologist and neurologist to evaluate your symptoms.
