Have Blood Clots, On Blood Thinners. Can Smoking Pot Cause Death?
Hi I found out I had blood clots over the recent months I still have blood clots right now but I am on blood thinners and I am at a therapeutic level but before this all happened to me I was a pot head but the doctors said I need to stop because they said smoking pot can kill me now is this true or not? because I really want to smoke again

Your doctor has given you the correct advice. Smoking pot can cause death from stoke by causing constriction of blood vessels in the brain. Since you have a tendency towards formation of blood clots, you are already at a high risk for stroke. This is why you should not smoke pot.
