Have Blister With Dots Around It And Diarrhea

I'm a rower and had a blister at the top left of my butt - right as it started to fold into the crack. It was torn open from exercise and is now raw. A couple days ago, I developed an itchy, acne-looking rash of a couple red dots around the blister. Dry skin ensued. I could pop one or two of the dots - a clear liquid would come out.

I have experienced some diarrhea this week as well. Is this all related?

I can understand this the skin condition and diarrhea are not related with each other, most of the diarrhea are self limiting and will come around without any drugs just take care for hydration, for the skin condition this could be eruption of tiny infective boils and this will give good respond to Beclomethasone and neomycin cream/Oint. hope this information helps you have nice day.
