Have Belly Fat, Skin Loose Around Central Naval Point. Done Tummy Tuck. How Can I Effectively Get Rid Of It?
i am 30 yrs old. married and have 4 yrs old kid. i am a working lady with wt of 62.66 kgs. i have reduced my belly fat by tummy tucks which is normally what you get now a days at shaping units across city. But my fat at the central naval point and around it is not going and the skin has also become too lose. how do i get rid of it in an effective way. my eating habits are very unusual due to my work schedule.

thank you for reaching out for an advice. first you have to take control over your eating habits , it might be hard but try to eat 4 meals a day and avoid fast food . for the loose skin you can get rid of it surgically , have an appointment with a plastic surgeon in order to get rid of it in the most suitable way .
