Have been experiencing light-headedness, bowel movement. What is it?

I have been experiencing light-headedness and a rush of heat up the back of my neck sometimes. It scares me so bad that now when I think about not wanting it to happen, it makes it worse. it's very scary. I just had a bowel movement and I hope it goes away. Sometimes it happens right before a BM or if I have gas. I am also having some uncontrolable shaking.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Bowel movements are a cause of concern in most of patients.
Please mind it that sudden change of bowel movements are cause of concern because it is due to some disease.
If these is constipation ( regular) or semisolid stool , no worry, because this is the habit of an individual or nature of one's intestine.
It seems in your case that you have some anxiety ( stress & tension), so please first remove your's anxiety and you will feel better.
Still there are problems than consult a doctor ( psychiatrist ) and take his advice.

The symptoms you have given need to be examined on your body, or you can a Physical examination is required. The symptoms are suggestive of Cervical Spndylosis, it is a condition where there is stiffness at back of neck, an abnormal sensation running from back of neck to head or shoulders or hands or down the back.

I would suggest you see a good Orthopedic surgeon and Physiotherapist for a rationla treatment.

In addition to this i would suggest you to decrease your stress level also because that also at times is the cause.

You can also consult Homoeopathy, it is also quiet effective.

Wish you a speedy recovery to health.
