Hi,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Dortaverine inhibits the uterine contractions, it may reduce the pain if it is due to premature uterine contractions but it could cause complications.Hence, I do suggest you to take her to the gynecologist and get her examined. The specialist may plan a better management for her pains.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
