Have Active Mono, Episodes Of Stomach Flu, Severe Pain And Cramping In Abdomen, Watery Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Fatigue. Help

I have had active mono for a year now with strange symptoms. A lot of bouts of "stomach flu" type episodes. Severe abdominal pain/cramping, bright yellow watery diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. I don't seem to have the typical symptom, no swollen/sore throat. Although I am extremely fatigued and depressed. Trying to figure out what is going on, and what I can do about it.

dear user
with your symptoms most possibilities are that u are suffering from intestinal protozoa l infection . amoebiasis is common cause . u should go for stool examination.

if conferms start with
ofloxacin+ornidazole BD for five days
mefenamic acid +dyclomine as pain killer
ors
pentoprazole 40 mg od for 5 days .

second possibility is acute gastroenteritis .
increase water intake to prevent dehydration ,
fatigue is because of electrolyte imbalance . treatment is ORS many times in day .

u should consult with doctor .
