Have Nasal Congestion, Cough Up Mucus, Constantly Hoarse And Told To Have Sinusitis. Treatment?
I wake up stuffy everyday. Nasal congestion. Cough up mucus. I can sing at church and immediately I am hoarse. I am constantly hoarse, not just seasonal. About year ago primary doc initially said sinusitis. Membrane swollen. Given steroid nasal spray & xyzal. . No nasal drip but sinus med dries me out. Is polyps possible

the problem is allergy
as the situation normally occur in allergy may be food or pollen
get treatment from ent doctor to trear on allergy guidelines
you can use short course of metronidazole which clear infection of sinus easily
use anti allergic tab to reduce sinus secretions
neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drops each nose night as it can clear the nasopharynx
use analgesic sos
get treated in accordance with allergy guidelines by consulting ent or allergy doctor
