Has lung fibrosis. Looking for some healthy food and exercise to be done

my dad has fibrosis in his lungs, and will most likely need to have a lung transplant.. his consultant has told him he needs to lose weight and do excercise but he finds it hard because he gets out of breath very easy.. could you recommend excercises he could manage?? And also some healthy food options as he is a very plain eater and its hard to find foods that he likes.

Dear Friend,

In you father's specific condition, there certain things like exercises , Nutraceutical product will work. They have capacity to modify the condition

1, Leg raise exercise - Lie down in Horizontal position , than slowly slowly raise your both legs to 30* degree, hold here, till comfortable , than back , start with 10 reps can go to 30 rep

While become comfortable with it than do it 60* degree position.

I will suggest some OTC dietary molecular extract product which help him a lot

Rx- Bioprotectant 1 cap twice a dialy ( Sami labs )

Oxitart 1 cap twice a daily ( Himalay )
