Has Had Spontaneous Pneumothorax And VAT Surgery. Why Am I Short Of Breath With Chest Pain?

I am a 42 year old women who has had 2 past spontaneous pneumothorax and VAT surgery to correct. (talcing of the lung ). I am now experiencing shortness of breath, chest pains, neck pain , pain between shoulder blades, cough that has lasted over 6 months, fatigue , joint pain in hands and feet and the feeling of my glands on neck always being sore. I have had a CT scan done recently, it stated a eccentric calcified 1x1.7 cm nodule on the same lung, pleural thickening of lower lobe and middle of lobe and aetclesis (sorry about spelling) and scarring. Can my previous pneomothorax s cause these many problems? and if not, what do you think?
