Has Asomex Side Effects Like Feeling Weak, Gastric Problem And Sleeping Disorders?
my mother is 75 yrs old. She is hypertensive since 30 yrs. Recently doctor has changed her medicines and prescribed Tazloc CT 80 in morning and Asomex 5mg in night. She has no other illness. She is feeling weekness, gastric problems and sleeping all through day and night. Is the medicine not suited to her?
hi, her new prescription seems a little tough to her age. however, it depends on her blood pressure. At her age of 75, rapid normalization of blood pressure can lead to reduced brain blood flow and can induce drowsiness and increased sleep. They can also cause metabolic disturbances like low sodium which can cause similar problems. I would recommend her to be taken to her doctor and ask for general checkup. if every thing is normal, a change of medication is necessary. hope this helped.
