Hard Lump Under Chin, Two Others Present Around Main One, Weight Loss. Cause Of Worry?

My 19 yr. old son has a hard lump under his chin (but not on his throat ). Last week there were actually 2 others around the main one. A year ago, our family doctor ran blood test on him, and everything came back normal, so nothing else was done about the lump. He still has the lump a year later and he also has lost 10 pounds since last year. Should I be worried?

u should get his ct / MRI done and FNAC if required . further treatment depends on reports . most probably it seems to be benign lesion .
