Hard Bump On Spinal Cord And Skull, Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Headaches. What Could Be Wrong?
Hi, Today I found a hard bump the size of a small BB on my spinal chord right where it meets the bottom of the skull (slightly to the left). If I press slightly to the right of it there is a dull jolt of pain. The past two weeks I have been feeling tightness in my neck originating in this area while radiating to the back of my head. I've felt various instances of being dizzy/lightheaded as well. I would describe this as a headache without the pain. The bump is perfectly round and does not move. What could this be?

This most likely is going to b some cyst or a fluid filled tissue. Chorals could b a lipoma. But to confirm u shall get an MRI of the neck. Because many times such swellings extend into or near to spinal cord and vertebrae.
