Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. The condition is called obscessive compulsive neurosis. It happens in particular occassion to some people, depending on the experience they have previously. Yhey will get nervous ness when they face the situation again. Of course nothing is there to worry, I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you some non medical procedures . Diversion procedures as yoga , meditation, reading books, and hearing music.
diet recommendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, fruits, juices, and dry fruits to improve blood, general health to increase neurone regeneration. Wishing for quick recovery and thanks for calling.
