Hair Loss In Center Of Head. Tugain,and Finalo Is Prescribed. Should I Take It? Other Solution?

Dear Dr. Samuel

I am 24 Years Old Boy & I am Experiecing Hair Loss in Center of Head due to this My Hair are thin Center of Head.

So I gone Dermatologist for a an advise what would be good treament to stop hair fall and regrowth of hair in center of head and he suggested me Tugain 10 Solution, Finalo & Extended Fort Pills this will I have take till 4 Month to get best results.

Please advise me shall i go with same treatment or you will suggest me any other solution

Hi, you are having andrgenetic alopecia. Take finasteride tab.1 mg daily in morning, biotin containing tab 10 mg daily at night, apply minoxidil 10 percent solution twice aday, wash the scalp with ketconazole shampoo daily at bath. You will get good response after 6 months. You have to maintain treatment for about 3 to 6 years. If you do not satisfied , you may go for hair transplant after 3 years. Be positive, do not worry. You will be benefitted.. Ok

Hi Yogesh,

You seem to suffering from a pattern of hair fall known as male pattern baldness or androgenetic alopecia. Only two drugs are US FDA approved for the same-oral finesteride and minoxidil solution. Your doctor has prescribed both. The desirable response usually takes 4 to 6 months of time. I would advise you to follow your doctor's prescription and remain in his follow up.
