Hair Bumps On Right Side Of Groin, Smooth Penis. Had Unprotected Sex. Advice
i have hair bumps that seem bigger but my penis is still smooth it just seems to be more on my right side then my left there is a few on my left they are not bumps the surface of my shaft is smooth its just i can see the area where it seems hair will grow from a little more than the other also i recently have had unprotected sex recently and i have been fine

The description is not enough. From what you describe, the lumps you are mentioning could be lymphadenopathy, or could be folliculitis if you shave there, etc.
Get them checked out by a dermatologist to be on a safer side and get a proper diagnosis.
