Hi,
Tganks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

There are definite chances of getting pregnancy out of this sex as sperm may leak out of condom and may come into contact with vagina.

If you do not wish to have pregnancy, you may use emrgency contraceptive pill. It should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. You may get prescription from your doctor.

If you do not wish to have pregnancy, you should use acceptable contraceptives regularly. You may get guidance of proper contraceptive method suitable for you by consulting your gynecologist.

Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is every chance of pregnancy due to contraceptive failure (hole in condom) as you have confirmed.
Emergency contraceptive pills are available at all pharmacy chops and you could get it over the counter (need no prescription to buy that). These pills must be best taken within 1 to 2 hours of unprotected sex and within 72 hours. After 72 hours, the emergency pill is also not fool proof.

If you have not taken the emergency pill within 72 hours, please wait until it is 15 days after unprotected sex and then do a self pregnancy test at home. If it is positive then you should consult your gynecologist.

Even for regular contraceptive pills, many brands are available in market containing low doses of hormone. There are very little side effects like weight gain, deep vein thrombosis among few others. Please discus the same with your gynecologist.

Hope this helps.
