Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Hot flushes are due to rebound effect by withdrawal of HRT.
Your body has the power to make and balance its hormones at every stage of your life.
But it needs adequate support.
That means rich nutrition, a well-functioning digestive system so nutrients are really absorbed, a strong metabolism, and a steady routine of exercise and stress reduction.

As far as your nodules in thyroid is concerned, it is a Non Toxic multi nodular goiter.
It does not need any treatment provided without any symptoms or signs of goiter.
Thyroidectomy ( removal of thyroid gland )is advised only if you have obstructive symptoms.

Consult your gynecologist and endocrinologist about increasing the dose of HRT and Tapering at minimal dose.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
