Had Tiny Red Rings Around Inner Thighs. Right Testicle Looks Grayish. Penis Is Red. What Could It Be?

Hi, I've noticed this week tiny red rings around my inner thighs. Today I've noticed that my right testicle looks grayish in appearance, where as my left testicle looks normal. In addition the right and bottom part of my penis is red. I've noticed that my groin area has been very sweaty too this week, which is quite abnormal for me. What in the world is this? How can I been ride of this? Nothing hurts, no burning sensations...

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi. seems you have developed fungal infection due to excessive sweating in the groin area.

Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole, ketoconazole, sertacoanzole twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
Use a antifungal dusting powder twice or thrice daily. It will absorb excess moisture and keep the area dry.
Take an antihistamine like cetrizine for itch relief
