Had The Gastric Bypass. Sharp Pain In The Stomach After Eating. What Is Causing This?

I have had the gastric bypass in 2006. I have wonderful results. My problem now is that when I eat a meal i get a sharp pain in the left side of my stomach . I have to apply pressure to it to help relieve the pain or to help me manage the pain until food the pass. What could be causing this. I am starting to eat alot less. I already eat small portions

Firstly since how long u have this problem ,if this problem is since long like more then 3 to 4 months kindly get a ultrasound ,to rule out anyother co morbidity.
