Had Stroke. Taking Aspirin. Can I Skip One Or Take Old Bayer Aspirin?

I had a small stroke 2 months ago with small side effects. I have been taking one full aspirin per day. I find myself out of aspirin tonight except for some very old Bayer aspirin (at least 15-20 years old) Is it safe to take those aspirin? Or would it be oK to skip taking one tonight. I hate to go out to buy aspirin this late at night.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H. C. M. Forum.
Yes, you can skip one dose of aspirin.
Old aspirin that too 20 years, no use, just useless.
If aspirin advised regular than use regularly for full benefit.
Good luck.
