Had Stress Fractures In Tibia. Should I Worry About Celiacs?

My daughter has had stress fractures in her tibia x 2 and a fibular fracture of the same leg in the last 18 months. She does have a recent hx of having trouble with certain starchs. should I worry about celiacs and if so should I have her tested and if positive could this be leading to her stress fractures.

Hello and welcome.

Yes, it would be wise to get her tested for celiacs and all other conditions that could be causing such an intolerance.

The likelihood of this leading to stress fractures is mild but still present. I hope this helps.

Best wishes.
