Had Stomach Ulcer, Internal Bleed, Diagnosed With Stomach Bug, Diarrhea, Took Cap, No Relief.
Hello recently I had a stomach ulcer which led to an internal bleed. I was also diagnosed with a stomach bug that I had to take antibotics for 7 days for. I had really bad diarraorea during this time which the doctor told me was normal. I have been off the antibotics for over a month now but I have an issue very time I have a bowel motion. After about 30 minutes of passing a motion my rectum starts to burn and my skin feels like its crawling. I only get relief if I rub hard with toilet paper and then it returns it lasts or about 3 to 4 hours and then goes away. It is really giving me some grief.

With the available details, there appears to be high possibility of hemorrhoid bleed or large intestine ulcer bleeding.
There appears to be least correlation between stomach ulcer and present symptoms.
Stomach ulcer treatment is generally continued for 14 days and treatment contain 2 antibiotics.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist / gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
In my personal opinion, you should take complete antibiotic therapy.
You should also take haemostatic medications also.
