Had Severe Pneumonia, Spots On Lungs Previously. Having Bronchitis Now. Related To Spots In Lungs?

My son had a severe case on pneumonia 6 years ago. He now has a light case and bronchitis . The doctors watch him pretty closely since he almost died. He was 31 when he was in the hospital. They did a chest x-ray and found a 2 spots on his lung . Can that be related to the infection he has now?? The doctor is having someone else look at the x-ray.

what was the reports suggest about these 2 spot on the lung? Did you get sputum investigation and that condition where sputum investigation and chest x ray not much informative than should go for CECT thorax and fiber optic bronchoscopy.
