Had Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion. Now Having Muscle Contractions. Cannot Eat. Not Pregnant. Suggestions?

i have have had nausea and vomiting for 4 days along with inergestion, but does not happening until the evening. i am now having what feels like muscle contractions just below my left rib cage. anything i eat or drink will cause the ingestion and vomiting and i am not pregnant dues to the fact i havent had sex in a year. what can this be and do i need immediate medical attention?

Hello,

Your symptom may be related to GERD(gastro esophageal reflex disease).
This may be associated with Gastritis and gastric ulcers.

You may need an endoscopy of the upper GI tract for diagnosis.

1. eat frequent small meals.
2. Proton pump inhibitors is the treatment of choice.

Consult a Gastroenterology.
