Had Heart Attack 6 Months Ago And Now Having Angina With Chest Pain And Nose Bleeding. Is This Anything Serious ?
hi my dad has had a heart attack 5 months ago he also has angina yesterday he noticed bruising on his chest for no reason and a pain in his right arm , last week he had nose bleeds , is this serious .

As your dad has had a heart attack I presume he is on aspirin . Sometimes this could be due to side effects of aspirin.
But a nose bleed many times or even single episode in a person with high blood pressure must not be ignored , increase in blood pressure suddenly will manifest as epistaxis or nose bleed .
He definitely needs to see the doctor soon
