Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through history of your grandmother she had hematemesis and Renal failure.
The good news is she has responded to treatment and improving.
vitcofol injection contains folic acid,Vitamin B12 and Nicotinamide,is given for various types of anemia like megaloblastic anemia,Iron deficiency anemia and is usually very safe and has no side effects so do not worry about them.
Rarely only hypersensitivity can occur which doctors take care.
Please take care of her diet and renal failure part as suggested by the doctor.
Wish her speedy recovery.
Take very good care of her.
Good Luck.
