Had Green Stool, Semi-solid, Mushy, Refuses To Eat Meals. Reason?

Hi, my son is 19 months old. For the last 3 days he has had green stool. Mostly it has been semi-solid and once a day. But today he had 2 soiled diapers. 1st one was earlier around lunch time and was semi-solid, mushy. But 30 minutes ago it was liquid. About 4 days ago he did have purple kool-aid and had spinach. He really shows no other symptoms of anything. His appetite seems ok. Refuses to eat meals, but has no trouble with snacks. Should I be concerned?

Hi,
nothing to worry.
Having 2-3 semi solid motions are common.
Having greenish motion, no problem.
Give him light diet like curd, rice.
Give enough water.
Ok and take care.
