Hi,

I wish men knew what not to do during first sex.

These are the things that help in such conditions.
1. Not to even attempt insertion of penis.
2. Use lignocaine (lidocaine) 2% by finger at least ten minutes prior to sexual activity.
3. Begin with insertion of his/your finger gently.
4. Focus exclusively on your pleasure.
5. Antibiotics have no role.
6. Self affirmations done during the whole day (talking to one self) "It's fun.", "I love it.", "Whatever happens, happens for my highest good." are useful.
7. Meet a Sex Therapist if dyspareunia does not resolve by the above methods.

If you have additional questions, doubts feel free to ask.
Best wishes,
