sir i have been masturbating for past 7 years now, and the frequency is like 3-4 times per day... is it harmful??? i seem to look extremely old than my age... what should i do???please help

no. you dot have to worry as it is normal. Avoid gult feeligs and rest well at other times and have good nutrition, get out of this associated guilt. anyway you will pass in yrif not through pumping.
change your attitude completely and be happy.
