H.Pylori Infection, Rectal Bleeding, Blood Clots In Bowels. History Of GERD, Stomach Ulcers. Treatment?

I am currently being treated for H. Pylori . My test results also came back with blood and hyaline casts in urine. I am now experiencing bright red rectal bleeding and small blood clots after bowel movement . I am 36 years old, pretty certain I have ulcers in my stomach, and I was diagnosed with GERD 18 years ago. What could all of these symptoms together mean?

Hello,

H pylori infection may cause peptic ulcers, blood in stools with acid reflux.

You may have to take a triple regimen for 1-2 weeks. Use Pantaprazole before breakfast for one week.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. do regular exercise. check for upper gi endoscopy and biopsy. urea breath test.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
