Grey Spot On Forearm, No Itching. What Could This Be?

Hi, I m a 20 year old and while studying, I noticed a grey spot on my forearm about 1 cm^2. I tried to wash it off, but it would not. It does not itch; it is not raised. The outside is a little darker than the middle. Do you think that this is something I should get checked out now or should I wait to see if it persists or spreads? Thank you!

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

YOU might be suffering from a mild fungal infection,

It is called p. versicolor,

Use an antifungal cream for a month, you will have relief with that.

If it still persists,
Please meet a dermatologist and discuss regarding this.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
